FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Developers presented plans Thursday to the Allen County Plan Commission for a 66-unit tiny home community on the city’s south side, aiming to create more affordable housing options.
The proposed homes would range from 240 to 540 square feet, including loft-style and two-bedroom units. The community would be located near Lower Huntington and Winchester Roads.
