High Springs faces $900K water plant bill amid budget crisis

HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. (WCJB) — UPDATE: High Springs city leaders will be dipping into money coming from their infrastructure sales tax to help pay for a nearly $1,000,000 bill.

At their Thursday night meeting, commissioners voted to use money from that sales tax to pay a $900,000 bill for work that was done to the city’s water treatment plant.
