Asia Food Super Market, 550 N. Franklin St. Lancaster, Follow-up, November 7. Fail. Store raw eggs on bottom of refrigeration unit. Potentially hazardous ready-to-eat food prepared in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the front of the facility is not being date-marked. Label meat according to compliance with food code. Replaced expired sanitizer and sanitizer test strips. Delivery door located in the rear area of the food facility has a gap and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. Food facility inspection indicates evidence of rodents/insect activity, but facility does have a pest control program…
