TOLEDO, Ohio — Lucas County Canine Care and Control is reopening its pet food pantry on Sunday after a surge in demand left many families struggling to feed their pets.
The pantry, originally launched last summer at LC4’s former South Erie Street shelter, has been revived at the new Monroe Street location thanks to an outpouring of community support.
