Officials identify woman killed in Dallas County crash

DALLAS COUNTY, Iowa – The Iowa State Patrol has released the name of a woman who died Wednesday morning following a two-vehicle crash in Dallas County.

The crash happened shortly after 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 44 and J Avenue. The ISP said a southbound Toyota Scion didn’t stop at a stop sign and struck a westbound semi-truck that was hauling a grain trailer on Highway 44.

The driver of the Scion, 63-year-old Laura Keasey of Dallas Center, died at the scene.
