ROCKWALL, Texas — Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a woman who allegedly stole wallets, cash, and credit cards from medical offices in Rockwall on November 4.
The stolen credit cards were reportedly used at Firewheel Mall in Garland, accompanied by an African American male.
