Oklahoma City police investigating after shooting suspect calls police

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police say they are investigating after a convenience store clerk was attacked overnight Friday and shot her assailant.

According to police, the suspect, 59-year-old Kenneth Thompson, came into the store around 1 a.m. and attempted to use a counterfeit bill.
