A four-week old baby required emergency medical care Wednesday evening in Ark City and was later transported to Wichita for additional care, a city spokesperson said Thursday.
Just after 6 p.m., Ark City Fire/EMS and local police were dispatched to a residence in the 1200 block of S. Summit. An infant child was there bleeding from the nose.
Information from the scene indicated the child required CPR to be revived and its airway was cleared. Traffic control was required for a time due to the area of the incident…
