An unexpected blaze at a Phoenix wastewater treatment plant on Thursday left one man with superficial injuries. FOX 10 Phoenix reports that the fire started around 9:30 a.m. near 91st and Sunland Avenues, sending smoke billowing from a subterranean tunnel.
According to FOX 10 Phoenix, Officials described the fire as having originated 10 feet underground.
