A 24-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly attacking an elderly Redmond resident outside his home, police announced Thursday.
The attack happened on October 16 around 11:20 a.m. According to a post on Facebook, officers responded to a report of a robbery at a home along 159th Ave. NE.
“The elderly victim reported that a person driving a white Tesla approached him as he was unloading groceries, displayed a firearm, and demanded money,” the post stated. “When the victim said he had none, the suspect struck him in the head with the firearm and fled the scene.”…
