WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Once again, the northern lights added a blast of color to the skies across DC, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.
The geomagnetic storm painted the sky with hues of purple, pink, blue and green for a second night in a row.

In Mount Airy, Maryland, the lights could be seen glowing in the sky, near the clouds.
Over in West Virginia, the storm moved through the sky, showing off its pink hues.
