BPD arrest 7 in response to quality-of-life complaints from east Bakersfield residents

BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Seven people were arrested last week in east Bakersfield after several community quality-of-life complaints were made by residents and local business owners, said Bakersfield police.

On Nov. 6, 2025, BPD’s Impact Unit Officers conducted a targeted enforcement in the area of Oswell and Auburn streets, due to the surrounding neighbors and businesses reporting “open-air” drug use, illegal camping and loitering.

The following people were arrested on outstanding warrants for several crimes:

  • Kody Kutzkey, 36
  • Cory Ringleman, 36
  • Micah Lindley, 29
  • Anna Marie Reynosa, 34
  • Devin Dias, 35
  • Taryn Craig, 27
  • Ricky Thomas, 28
