Dino Hoxhaj, a man who owns a Unionville food truck and five restaurants in the Charlottesville area – including Dino’s Woodfire Pizza & Grill in the Dairy Martket – announced Friday he has signed a lease for the former Miranda’s Grill located in Ruckersville.
Hoxhaj has over 23 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
