A traffic stop in the Town of Westfield on Wednesday led to charges against a man with 22 driver’s license suspensions. Westfield Police pulled over a vehicle that committed a violation on Hawley Street shortly after 10:00 AM. According to officers, an investigation determined that the suspensions for 46-year-old Richard Conway, Jr. occurred on more than five separate dates. Conway was charged with a felony count of 1st-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and was also issued citations for uninspected motor vehicle and unlicensed operation.
