HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A man who confessed to fatally shooting and dumping a body on the Whitesburg Bridge in May was indicted by a grand jury on October 1.
Huntsville police officers arrested 55-year-old Daniel Ray Shelton for the murder of 39-year-old David Merrit of Arab.
