LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster man is facing felony sexual assault charges against a child and multiple other victims after an investigation by Lancaster City Police.
Raul Lopez-Fargas, 37, is facing the following felony charges after his arrest on Nov. 13:
- Aggravated indecent assault of a child
- Indecent assault of a person less than 13
- Corruption of minors
- Endangering welfare of children
Police say that in Oct. 2025, detectives launched an investigation after a child welfare referral from the Lancaster County Children and Youth was received by officers.
The referral indicated that Lopez-Fargas assaulted a 7-year-old girl in 2017. He was then arrested at his residence on the 500 block of S. Duke Street, according to police…
