Men ‘dressed as women’ in custody after robbery, chase into MS: MPD

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Three men are in custody after an armed robbery in which two men “dressed as women” led police on a chase from Whitehaven to Mississippi on Tuesday night, police say.

Tevin Gathings, 27, was charged with aggravated robbery and intentionally evading arrest in a vehicle and is in custody in Mississippi.

Zykeione Campbell, 25, and Damaikual Davis, 26, were charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping.

According to Memphis Police, a little after 6:30 p.m., officers responded to an armed robbery at Memphis Gold and Diamonds at 4275 Elvis Presley Boulevard.

Police said two males dressed as women entered the business and held the employees at gunpoint…
