MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – Like many people who are self-employed, lawyer Jason Darley buys health insurance for his family from the health care marketplace created by the Affordable Care Act.
And like tens of thousands of Gulf Coast families, he got a jolt of sticker shock as he saw the premiums after the open enrollment period began this month.
