A Hopewell resident’s year-long struggle to repair damage from a fallen tree finally came to an end with the help of over 40 volunteers, a nonprofit and AdvanSix.
The large tree caused damage to the resident’s property, her car and the neighbor’s car. That was just the beginning of her troubles.
“The tree was knocked down by heavy winds,” Keema shared with The Progress-Index. “If it had fallen a different way, it could have fell right into my room where I was sitting. It was right outside my window. Also, if it had fallen a couple of feet over into the guest house, my nephew was there in that general area.”…
