The space formerly occupied by the Salty Nun, which closed earlier this year, will soon be home to a new Greek restaurant: Mythos Greek Bistro. The new restaurant promises authentic Greek cuisine with a singular, chef-driven approach.
“We’re bringing in Chef Kostas, who has been doing this for years,” co-owner Danjel Morina told What Now on Wednesday. “We’re going to have homemade spreads, lots of seafood, small plates, entrees and sides, and a really great octopus: charcoal-grilled with red cabbage and leeks.”
Renovations to the former Salty Nun space include a large patio that will feature about 12 tables. Inside is a bar carried over from the previous layout, along with several booths. The stage is also sticking around, to be used for live music, DJs, and dance events on weekends…
