SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — The new year will mark the end of a very San Francisco era. The 39-year lease is up at “The Phoenix Hotel” in the Tenderloin.
The mainstay for musicians in the city is set to close its doors in January but not before the founder reminisces on its past.
