Benji is the sweetest boy with the saddest story! He came to the shelter as a stray. During his time on the lam, he was hit by a car and required surgery on his leg. He’s healing and recovering, and he’s ready for the next chapter of his life.
He’s about three years old, but he looks and acts like a puppy. He’s playful and affectionate once he knows you, but it may take a little time for him to get comfortable. He’s great in the car and easy to have at home. He loves to cuddle, chew his bones, and play with his toys. In short, he’s just a nice little dog and would make someone a lovely companion.
