AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — A 58-year-old man has been indicted on three alleged counts of aggravated assault charges for incidents that occurred in October.
According to court documents, Robert Khudair Hamadi was indicted on three alleged counts of “Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.” Documents state that an incident occurred in October 2025 where Hamadi allegedly “intentionally or knowingly” threatened two people with “imminent bodily injury and did use or exhibit a deadly weapon.”
