AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – After a week-long trial, a Randall County judge sentenced Charles Duane Parsons to prison for a 2021 murder.
In the late evening of March 2, 2021, Randall County officials got a call about a car crash and shooting near FM 1705 and West Dowlen Road.
When deputies got there, DPS had already arrived at the scene and found the body of 47-year-old Allen Ward of Hereford.
