Man accused in Baton Rouge summer gunfight killing 1, injuring 6 indicted

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A man accused of killing one woman and leaving six others injured after a fight between two groups during a trail ride after party in Baton Rouge was indicted by a grand jury Wednesday.

Court records show that Scott Strickland, 19, was indicted on one count of second-degree murder and six counts of attempted second-degree murder.
