SAN ANTONIO – A woman who police said was hit and killed by a garbage truck while riding a bicycle on the far East Side has been identified.
The crash happened around 6:30 a.m. on Oct. 31 in the 6300 block of westbound U.S. Highway 87 near a Tiger Sanitation complex.
