TULSA COUNTY, Okla. — April Wilkens’ legal team has filed new evidence in its motion to disqualify Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler from her case.
The motion was filed on Nov. 3 and requests DA Steve Kunzweiler, Assistant DA Meghan Hilborn, and the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office be removed from any “further participation” in the case against Wilkens.
