A nurse practitioner, Army veteran and mother of four from San Antonio, Texas, was found alive inside her vehicle days after she was reported missing.

The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office announced on Thursday that 56-year-old Anita Elizabeth Gould was located alive in her vehicle in San Antonio. Gould was reported missing on Tuesday.
She was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Officials said preliminary details suggested she suffered a “medical episode.”
