HONOLULU (KHON2) — Two men have been arrested nearly a week after an alleged shooting that occurred in Chinatown on the morning of Nov. 8.
Witnesses reported two men threatening and harassing people at the Chinese Cultural Plaza, the Honolulu Police Department said.

The men were confronted for their behavior and were asked to stop, when one of the suspects fired a gun toward a crowd, police said. Nobody was injured.
