UVA student organizes mental health awareness walk

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – A University of Virginia student is taking proactive steps to advance the conversation around mental health, focusing on crisis prevention and the critical period before individuals reach a breaking point. This Saturday afternoon, November 15, students will have a unique opportunity to re-evaluate how mental health is discussed and participate in a meaningful walk.
