NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio (WKRC) – The former police chief for North College Hill is suing the city over his firing. Ryan Schrand was put on leave in March of 2024 and fired in May of 2025.
Schrand had been chief since 2015. He claims he was placed on leave “for no lawful reason.”
