A man has been sentenced after living with his dead wife for over a week and not reporting her death.
Tyler Hern, 42, of Highland Heights, was arrested in February after the Highland Heights Police Department responded to an apartment in the 300 block of Grey Stable Lane after Hern called 911 and said his wife was deceased.
When police arrived, they discovered 37-year-old Laura Hern deceased on her bed and covered in a sheet. Based on the decay of the body, police determined she had been dead for at least a week…
