ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A teacher at Starr Elementary School pleaded guilty to harrassment on Wednesday in connection with stalking an 11-year-old student.
Dylan Robert Dukes, 27, wrote over sixty love letters and gave cards, gift cards, ornaments, pictures and “unwanted hugs” to an 11-year-old girl, which made her feel uncomfortable, according to arrest warrants.
