MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Police say a man was caught on camera attacking a man with a knife inside a Mexican restaurant in the Nutbush area early Thursday morning.
Fernando Delgado-Hernandez, 23, was arrested on the scene and later charged with attempted second-degree murder and aggravated assault.
MPD said when officers arrived at Rincon Catracho Restaurant on Wells Station, they located the victim with a laceration to his neck. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
Police said Delgado-Hernandez was also present and told officers, “I did it.”…
