43-year-old man injured after shooting in Syracuse

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Police are investigating a shooting that took place on Dawes Avenue in Syracuse that injured a man.

On Friday, Nov. 14, around 6:01 p.m., Syracuse Police officers responded to the 100 block of Dawes Avenue for a report of a shooting with injuries.

Upon arrival, officers found a 43-year-old man with an apparent gunshot wound to the leg. He was brought to Upstate University Hospital by American Medical Response, where he is listed in stable condition…
