BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Inspection reports obtained by the WAFB I-TEAM on Thursday indicate a third party inspected the Ferris wheel that dumped passengers out of a bucket during the Harvest Festival this month.
State Fire Marshal Bryan Adams said he is demanding a change.
“It’s not safe,” Adams said. “We will work on changing the law in January.”…
