El Paso businessman faces felony theft charges amid client allegations

El Paso, TX (KFOX14/CBS4) — Ary Marivani, an El Paso businessman and owner of FCS Wrought Iron, is facing a felony theft charge following accusations from former clients that he took their money without delivering promised services.

The El Paso County Attorney’s Office has charged Marivani with unlawfully acquiring and intending to deprive six victims of between $30,000 $150,000 from January 2024 to September 2025.

One alleged victim, speaking anonymously, expressed relief at the indictment, saying, “It would be nice to get our money back, of course. And it’s, it’s been disheartening, disappointing, some anger in seeing his constant posts, that he’s still out there, I guess, hustling and making money so that, that that’s been, that’s been bothersome to me.”…
