A new master-planned community is coming to the Texas Hill Country, bringing 540 acres of upscale homes and amenities to Medina County, just west of San Antonio. The single-family-oriented project could spell a new era for the growing region, bringing serious lifestyle upgrades to the area.
Viera, located half of a mile from CR381 and Potranco Road between Castroville and Alamo Ranch, will bring more than 1,000 home sites to the growing Hill Country corridor, according to a release shared by project leaders, Masonwood Development.
Vail Nachelle, Development Operations Manager at Masonwood tells MySA that in total, the project will bring 1,047 home sites to the region upon its completion. Prices will range between $400,000 to upwards of $1 million once all five phases of construction are finished…
