Webster County Route A North of Normandy Road in Diggins to Close December 1–10 for Interchange Construction; Local Detours in Place

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will close Webster County Route A just north of Normandy Road in Diggins. The closure will begin on Monday, December 1, 2025, and continue through Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Contractor crews will connect Route A to the new North Outer Road as part of the U.S. Route 60 and Webster County Route A Interchange improvements. This project is located between Diggins and Fordland. The work was originally scheduled for November but was delayed due to weather.

During the closure, traffic on Route A will be detoured to Route O. Drivers can use the new North Outer Road to reach U.S. Route 60. There will also be lane closures on U.S. Route 60 between Webster County Route A and Route O in Diggins. The eastbound passing lane and westbound driving lane will be closed. U.S. Route 60 will remain open to through traffic.
