AVONDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — Authorities on Friday arrested a man accused of shooting and killing a 17-year-old girl in her Avondale apartment last weekend.
Rhiana Kemplin, 17, was found shot just before 6:30 a.m. at the Rio Santa Fe Apartments, near Dysart Road and McDowell Road, on Nov. 8. She died at the hospital. According to a verified GoFundMe page, Kemplin was asleep when she was shot.
