EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene Springfield Fire (ESF) tell us they responded to a fire at the Woodland Creek Apartments in West Eugene on Friday morning.
The blaze, reported just after 9:00 a.m., was contained to a single room in a downstairs apartment of a two-story, four-unit building.
