TROY, N.Y. (WNYT) – A 55-year-old man from Troy is accused of stabbing a man in the neck.
Troy Police officers responded to Bootleggers on Broadway around 11 p.m. on Thursday. Witnesses told officers that a patron had been asked to leave the bar. The patron, identified as Timothy J. Walton Jr., left the area. However, Walton returned and allegedly got into a fight with a man and cut him on the neck with a broken piece of glass.
Walton then tried to leave the scene but was stopped by other bystanders, police said. He was arrested and charged with first-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon…
