Three properties in western Stark County have sold for more than $1 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
Two were residential properties — 7237 Brycewood Circle NW in Jackson Township, which sold for $1.95 million, and 14072 Marshallville St. NW in Lawrence Township, which sold for $1.85 million.
