Detectives in the Northern District have arrested Lawrence Wheeler, 44, for a shooting on October 5, 2025. The incident happened in the 800 block of Exeter Hall Avenue. A 37-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to the groin and was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
