COLUMBUS, Ohio — The holidays are around the corner, and for people who are in debt, that can be stressful. Ohio lawmakers are proposing two bills that would offer more options for getting out of debt.
Data shows a record number of families in Ohio currently owe money, and these bills could be another piece of the debt relief puzzle. In the meantime, the fast-approaching holiday is a time of the year that many dive deeper into their pockets.
