A serious concern has been raised regarding the apparent lack of interest by Federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies in a report of a financier investing $400,000 in the ECI and Dayton, OH drug trade. The report, which has been submitted to the FBI, DEA, local law enforcement, and a State Representative multiple times, seems to have fallen on deaf ears. The individual who reported this issue is a retired law enforcement drug investigator and contractor for Department of Defense companies, adding credibility to the claim.
