A former Oldham County deputy judge-executive has been indicted on felony theft and official misconduct charges.
The Kentucky Attorney General announced that an investigation by the Attorney General’s Department of Criminal Investigations and Special Prosecutions Unit resulted in the indictment of 40-year-old Joseph Ender.
