ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police say an SUV ran a red light and hit another car at the intersection of East Avenue and Chestnut Street.
It happened at around 12:20 p.m. Police say the driver of the white Toyota ran a red light and hit a red Hyundai heading south on Chestnut Street.
