The Sandusky County Health Department’s Sanitation Division reported the following critical violations during food inspections between Oct. 1 and Oct. 31.
Asian Buffet, 1114 Oak Harbor Road, Fremont. Violations: Uncovered meats and vegetables in walk-in cooler; stuffed mushrooms were not at least 135 degrees; flan was above 41 degrees; several items in walk-in cooler with no date marks for discard date.
