Newark Police have arrested a 24-year old man and charged him with robbery and strangulation for an attack earlier this month on South College Avenue and Welsh Tract Road.
Jordan Maness allegedly confronted the victim in a parking lot around 1:30 a.m. on November 7, 2025, and eventually punched them several times, choked them, and took some personal property from them.
Maness fled in a vehicle but was stopped and arrested a short time later…
